To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will contact you to pay for the shipping fee to re-send the products. Please note, that since our products are customized or custom to order, we will NOT issue refunds for items that are returned due to any reason including but not limited to incorrect address.

 To protect our customers, we may require signature for high value packages. It's the responsibility of the customer to track the package and make sure someone is available to sign for the package. Bridesmaid’s World will NOT issue refunds for returned packages due to customer’s unavailability to sign for it. If that happens, please contact customer service to pay for new shipping fee to re-send the package.

Our products and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Bridesmaid’s World, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of re-shipping the package to you. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Bridesmaid’s World are not responsibility for packages that are stated to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that are shown delivered in the tracking.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a business day to process your order and 2-5 business days to customize your products. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally) as well as FedEx. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

*If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will contact you. In an event we don’t hear from you within 1-2 business days, we would go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing store credit for the item(s) not in stock.*

We offer several shipping options including regular shipping, priority shipping and express priority on most orders. The rates depend on purchase price and weight of the items.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (after discount) to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted there. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment. You are responsible for all the customs, duties and taxes.
