The intensive nature of our craft and process requires plenty of time for your customized and perfect fit.
This is the reason why we can't guarantee rush orders will be shipped or delivered on or by any specific date.
No refunds can be made once dresses are ordered since each gown is tailored with meticulous attention to individual details. See more information by visiting "Return & Refund Policy" on our site.
To avoid this situation, we strongly recommend you review the size chart and to offer us accurate measurements.
You can send us accurate measurements by following the size chart and "how to measure" instruction. It's available under every dress/ gown product on our site.
Free shipping (standard shipping) is 5-10 business days. Thi is an approximate delivery window, not a guarantee.
If you need something delivered within an exact time window, please purchase the rush production/shipping options.
If your order shows delivered and you don't see it, wait a day or two, check your mailbox, home and surroundings and contact the carrier directly. If the tracking shows the address is correct and delivered, but you do not have order, we will not issue a refund. You will need to place another order in this case. For orders with standard shipping, where the tracking info is not updated after 14 business days, we will file a claim with the carrier. We will file a claim in 30 business days for international orders. Upon hearing back from the carrier, we will either issue you a refund or reship the items if they were customized.

International orders may be subject to tariffs. Tariffs are typically assessed up on arrival of the order, which the customer is responsible for paying. Bridesmaid's World will not pay any tariffs or taxes assessed to our customers. Any packages refused by the customer will not refunded.
If you want to change the robe color or size of your custom robe and the robe has already been customized, you will be charged for a new robe (and customization where applicable).
Customization is currently restricted to text and numbers only. Titles, like Bride, Bridesmaid and etc consider like customization.
We can do front, back or front-back customization. Customization for the robes, hats, slippers, cover ups cost extra money:

Cost for customization for swimsuits is already included in price
We can not do logos!
If your order is time sensitive please select the rush production option on the product page and choose a priority shipping method at checkout. If you do not select rush production for all products, your order will not be treated as a rush order, so it's crucial you select Rush Production for ALL products that you need rushed. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us via E-mail or you can leave us a note at check out when do you need your order by.
